1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (such as new product launches or major holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer shipping to customers worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Expedited Shipping (if applicable): Options and rates will be available at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, customs inspections, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience in these instances.
3. International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped outside of our primary fulfillment regions, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your local government once a shipment reaches your country.

Lumeviax is not responsible for these additional charges. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
To track your order, simply click the link in your email or visit the [Track Your Order] page on our website (if you have one set up).
5. Damages and Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our premium devices, but we understand that issues can happen during transit.

Damaged on Arrival: If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at [Support@Lumeviax.com] with photos of the damage. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it is still missing after 48 hours of the "delivered" status, please contact us.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Lumeviax is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
